    With an emphasis on body and breath awareness, you can use this series to know how to effectively modify your postures in other group classes and to develop your own yoga sequence that is most beneficial to your particular curvature.

    Learn how yoga can help you lengthen, strengthen and de-rotate your spine. Improve your posture and reduce pain. This series is helpful for a fused spine.

    All ages are welcome.
