In this 4-Week Series, discover how uniting the breath with movement animates a graceful, aligned practice, resulting in heightened body awareness, confidence and radiance. We will work on transitional sun salutations found in vinyasa flow classes, plus inventive sequences to add vibrancy and inspiration.
Join Pam for the Flow Fundamentals series beginning July 10. Prior yoga fundamentals is helpful. Class Size is limited to 11 participants.
