    Of the many mythical creatures, dragons are among the most popular and endearing. In this 6-week series, we will explore dragon-lore from different cultures. Dragon stories will inspire our yoga pose, games, imagination and creativity.

    The benefit for you child is that through the physical experience of yoga, combined with the the opportunity to explore,imagine and create, they will be become centered, grounded and confident. Helping them to better able to self regulate their emotions and more resilient.

    Class is limited to 9 students. So, preregistration is highly recommended. While your child is taking their yoga class, you can practice too by taking advantage of one of Bhava’s Yoga Hour classes held at the same time.

    The “Kids Yoga Series” meets weekly and is themed around seasonal activities and stories that inspire and connect with children. Each week you child will explore yoga poses, play related games, do arts and crafts all centered around a theme. Through this class your child will have the opportunity to create, imagine and learn about yoga and the world around them. This class will help your child build confidence, better regulate their emotions and stay grounded. During class, they will practice these skills that will help them do better in their life at home, school and outside activities.

    The Family Yoga class is held monthly. When you attend a family yoga class, you get to play with your child/children while taking some much needed time outside of your daily responsibilities. Giving you time to enjoy your children and connect with them in a different way. This class class offers parents play time where they are the player and not the planner. No previous yoga experience needed.”

  • Back Care Yoga w/Marcia Ludden
    Thursdays, 5:45 – 7:00 PM
    6 week series
    Feb 29 – April 4

    Learn how yoga can help you gain both stability and freedom of movement in the spine. This specialty class will focus on ways to lengthen connective tissue, expand range of motion and reduce or alleviate pain. With informed use of props, a gentle pace, and personalized attention, you may be surprised how relieved your back can feel! Beginners to yoga are welcome.

    6 classes $90 | Drop-ins welcome $18 (as space allows)
