At Bhava, we honor a fifth element at the center of all of them all: Heart

 

Heart is what transforms a physical practice into an inner one. It's what brings you back to the mat, and back to yourself. New Mexico has always been a magical place. You feel it in the desert wind, the red earth, the wide open sky over the Sandias. Each class at Bhava is an expression of one of these five elements. Together, they form a complete practice that meets you in your body, your breath, your mind, and your heart.
